Synopsis As Introduced
Requires the Capital Development Board to report certain information regarding the Illinois State Fairgrounds to the General Assembly.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes a provision directing the Capital Development Board to provide the General Assembly with maintenance records for the State Fairgrounds for the past 6 years.

House Amendment No. 2
Deletes everything after the title. Reinserts the provisions of the resolution with changes. Sets forth certain information that must be included in the report by the Capital Development Board. Provides that, if the Capital Development Board does not file the report with the General Assembly by May 30, 2008, the Attorney General shall investigate the withholding of the information by the Capital Development Board. Provides that the resolution shall be delivered to the Governor, the Attorney General, and the Director of Agriculture as well as the Capital Development Board.
