Respectfully requests that the State Board of Education study and compile statewide data on school nurses and report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly.

House Amendment No. 1
Removes the goal of the State Board of Education's study of mandating a ratio of one credentialed school nurse for every 1,500 pupils for all public schools by the year 2017. Makes a related change in a whereas clause, and makes a technical correction.
