Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Sealing of Records in Forcible Entry and Detainer Cases Task Force to study the sealing of certain records in forcible entry and detainer cases and to recommend proposed legislation to the House on or before December 31, 2008.

House Amendment No. 1
Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (rather than legislative staff and such other persons as the Task Force deems appropriate) shall provide administrative support to the Task Force.
