Creates the Joint Task Force on Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) Education for the purpose of spearheading the effort to educate parents, students, teachers, and school administrators about the dangers of MRSA and ways to prevent the spread of MRSA.

Creates the Joint Task Force on MDRO Education (instead of the Task Force on MRSA Education) within the Department of Public Health (now extraneous to the Department of Public Health).
