Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for its FY09 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2008.

House Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Department on Aging, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Family Services, and the Historic Preservation Agency. Provides that the appropriations are in addition to any other appropriations in FY09 for the stated purposes. Effective immediately.
