Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code. With respect to the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption, increases the amount of the maximum income limitation from $55,000 to $60,000. Changes the definition of "household income" to include only the income of the applicant and his or her spouse, if the spouse resides in the residence (now, "household income" includes the income of all the members of the household).
