Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act and the Hospital Licensing Act. Allows for the administration of anesthesia under the Acts by a podiatrist with the authority to administer anesthesia under the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987. Effective immediately.

Allows for the administration of anesthesia by a podiatrist licensed (instead of a podiatrist with the authority to administer anesthesia) under the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.
