Amends the Silent Reflection and Student Prayer Act. Changes the short title of the Act to the Student Silent Reflection Act. Effective immediately.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Silent Reflection and Student Prayer Act. Changes the short title of the Act to the Student Silent Reflection Act. Removes the provision that provides that the required period of silence shall be an opportunity for silent prayer. Repeals a Section concerning student prayer. Effective immediately.
