Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. When more than one person may be elected to a municipal office, changes the ballot instructions to "vote for none, one, or...", using consecutive numbers through the maximum number to be elected (now, "vote for" the maximum number to be elected). Effective immediately.
