Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 and the Riverboat Gambling Act. Requires each automated teller machine located within a facility operated by an organization licensee and inter-track wagering location licensee or on a riverboat or the home dock of the riverboat operated by an owners licensee to allow a patron to deposit moneys into his or her bank account. Effective immediately.
