Amends the School Visitation Rights Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Deletes reference to:
820 ILCS 147/1
Adds reference to:
820 ILCS 205/7from Ch. 48, par. 31.7

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Child Labor Law. Prohibits a minor under 16 years of age from being employed, permitted, or allowed to work in occupations that involve the handling or storage of human blood, human blood products, human body fluids, or human body tissues (instead of blood, blood products, body fluids, or body tissues).
