Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a non-home rule municipal use tax.

House Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	65 ILCS 5/8-11-1.5

	Adds reference to:
	65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6	from Ch. 24, par. 10-2.1-6

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the age limitation for applicants for a municipal police or fire department does not apply to any person previously employed as a policeman or fireman in a regularly constituted police or fire department of any municipality, regardless of whether the municipality is located in Illinois or in another state (now, the limitation does not apply to any person previously employed as a policeman or fireman in a regularly constituted police or fire department of a municipality).
