Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Probation and Probation Officers Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning arrests made by probation officers.

Fiscal Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
Based on the amount of funding available and the unknown demand for these resources, it is estimated that the Department would require one additional headcount at an average annual cost of $80,000. This fiscal impact does not include any estimate for additional work required by the Department of Corrections to manage the assesment and collection of monthly fees from parolees.

Correctional Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Dept of Corrections)
There is no corrections population impact on the Department.
