Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Supreme Court's jurisdiction over election contests.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Election Code. Adds to the list of qualifications for an election judge that the person not be subject to the registration requirement of the Sex Offender Registration Act.
