Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the State Pensions Fund.

 State Debt Impact Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Government Forecasting & Accountability)
 HB 2388 (H-AM 1) would create a Road Fund Revenue bond authorization of $1.6 billion increasing: Road Fund principal by $1.6 billion; Potential Road Fund debt by $2.7 billion; Annual debt service would range from $150-$67 million. HB 2388 (H-AM 1) would also raise General Obligation bond authorization by $6.069 billion increasing: General Obligation principal by $6.069 billion; Potential General Obligation debt by $9.9 billion; Annual debt service would range from $540-$252 million.
