Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall not issue a series of special license plates, except as authorized under the Code.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall issue only special plates that have been authorized by the General Assembly.

 Fiscal Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Office of the Secretary of State)
 HB 1756 (H-AM 1) has no fiscal impact on the Secretary of State's Office.
