Synopsis As Introduced
Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey a described parcel in St. Clair County. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to release or restore various described easements acquired by the State for highway purposes in Champaign, Cook, DeWitt, Effingham, Grundy, Lake, McLean, Rock Island, Sangamon, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties. Effective immediately.

House Amendment No. 3
Amends the Department of Transportation conveyance bill. Provides that the State of Illinois is authorized to convey real property and release easements located in Madison, Brown, Christian, LaSalle, Macon, Bond, St. Clair, Winnebago, and Champaign Counties upon the payment of designated sums.

House Amendment No. 4
Amends the Department of Transportation conveyance bill. Provides that the State of Illinois is authorized to restore rights or easements of access to 2 parcels in Kendall County upon the payment of designated sums.

 Section 155 - Kendall County = $188,666.67; Section 160 - Kendall County = $253,416.67.

House Amendment No. 5
Further amends the Department of Transportation conveyance bill. Provides that the Secretary of Transportation is authorized to convey to Chicago by quitclaim deed 2 parcels of real property, 1.148 and 0.9127 acres respectively, in Cook County upon the payment of $4,766,666 and $578,667 respectively.
