Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Deletes the provision that the exemptions under the Acts for motor vehicles used as rolling stock moving in interstate commerce may be claimed only for motor vehicles whose gross vehicle weight rating exceeds 16,000 pounds. Effective immediately.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Further amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the exemptions under the Acts for motor vehicles used as rolling stock moving in interstate commerce may be claimed only for (i) motor vehicles whose gross vehicle weight rating exceeds 16,000 pounds or (ii) limousines.
