Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Veterans Preference Act. Increases the fine for a violation of the Act to a minimum of $75 (instead of $25) and a maximum of $300 (instead of $100). Effective immediately.

Adds reference to:
330 ILCS 55/1from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 23

Further amends the Veterans Preference Act. Provides that "Armed Forces of the United States" includes the United States Reserve Forces and the Illinois National Guard.
