Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. With respect to the Internet Voters' Guide, (i) removes the $600 fee for inclusion of a candidate's personal statement and photograph and (ii) changes various deadlines for the submission, review, and revision of statements and photographs.

Further amends the Election Code. With respect to persons who register by mail to vote, requires that the election authority must verify the person's identity by use of the documents specified by statute and must notify such a person who provides insufficient proof of identity that he or she is ineligible to vote by mail or in person.
