Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Park District Code. Provides that the district shall prequalify firms seeking to provide architectural, engineering, and land surveying services. Provides that the district may use prequalification lists established by State agencies.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Park District Code. Provides that no district shall be required to accept a bid for a contract involving an expenditure in excess of $20,000 if the bid does not meet the district's established specifications, terms of delivery, quality, and serviceability requirements.
