Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Identification Card Act. Provides that the fees for an applicant under 18 years of age are one-half of the fees otherwise charged. Effective July 1, 2007.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes the provision that fees for applicants under 18 years are one-half the stated amounts. Provides instead that for those under 18 years the fees are $10 for an original card, a renewal card, and a duplicate card and $5 for a corrected card.

 HB 371 (H-AM 1) has a minimal fiscal impact on the Secretary of State's Office.
