Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Changes the annual NPDES discharge fee for mines other than mines producing coal from $5,000 to $1,000. Effective July 1, 2007.

 Fiscal Note (Illinois Environmental Protection Agency)
 HB 150 would result in a loss of $520,000.00 per year to the Illinois EPA.
