| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Donna Rae Falatico (nee |
4 |
| Hollenback) of Beach Park on Friday, March 10, 2006; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, She had been a Waukegan resident all of her life |
6 |
| and graduated from Waukegan Township High School in 1960; she |
7 |
| married James Falatico on April 28, 1962; and
|
8 |
| WHEREAS, She was retired from Cardinal Health Care and her |
9 |
| family business, "The Shop", in Waukegan; she enjoyed spending |
10 |
| time with her family, shopping, and being the cheerleader for |
11 |
| her grandchildren in their sports activities; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Donna Rae Falatico has been deeply |
13 |
| felt by many, especially her husband, James L. Falatico; her |
14 |
| children, James R. (Jodi), Rob R. (Rhonda), and Cary R. (Dave) |
15 |
| Hofflander; her grandchildren, Markle, Jackie, Morgan, Tyler, |
16 |
| Gianna, McKenna, and Alexandra; her special sister, Linda (Bud) |
17 |
| Kirch; her brothers, Terry (Diana) and Don Hollenback; and her |
18 |
| many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends; she was |
19 |
| preceded in death by her parents; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
21 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
22 |
| Donna Rae Falatico, and we extend our sincere condolences to |
23 |
| her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
24 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
26 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
27 |
| sympathy.
