| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Randall "Bear" Clark Jr. of |
4 |
| North Chicago on Friday, January 13, 2006; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Clark was a United States Army veteran; he was |
6 |
| a civil service retiree of Fort Sheridan Army Base; and
|
7 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Clark married Billie Jean (Warren) Clark; they |
8 |
| were married for forty-nine years; and
|
9 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his mother and his |
10 |
| father, Randall "Johnnie" Clark Sr.; his infant son, Roderick |
11 |
| Nathan Clark; and a special aunt and uncle; and |
12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Randall "Bear" Clark Jr. has been |
13 |
| deeply felt by many, especially his wife; his three children, |
14 |
| Derrick (Debora) Clark, Robin; and Randall III (Sylvia); his |
15 |
| ten grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren; his |
16 |
| brother-in-law; his sister-in-law; his mother-in-law; his |
17 |
| goddaughter; and many other relatives and friends; therefore, |
18 |
| be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
20 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
21 |
| Randall "Bear" Clark Jr., and we extend our sincerest |
22 |
| condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
23 |
| him; and be it further
|
24 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
25 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
26 |
| sympathy for their loss.
