| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, the Illinois Senate learned with sadness of the |
3 |
| death of Natalie Boyd of Anna on October 27, 2005; and
|
4 |
| WHEREAS, The former Natalie Mainer was born on February 7, |
5 |
| 1929 to Lloyd and Minnie Cavaness Mainer; she married Robert |
6 |
| "Gene" Boyd on December 6, 1947; and
|
7 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Boyd was a homemaker and was active in her |
8 |
| community as a member of the Anna Heights Baptist Church and |
9 |
| the VFW Ladies Auxiliary; she enjoyed cooking and working |
10 |
| jigsaw puzzles; and
|
11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Mrs. Boyd will be felt by many, |
12 |
| especially, her husband, Robert "Gene" Boyd; her daughters and |
13 |
| son-in-law, Lea Ann Davis and Gina and Dan Ruark; her sons and |
14 |
| daughter-in-law, Jim Boyd and Steve and Connie Boyd; her |
15 |
| grandchildren, Nealy Hamson, Jamie Pitts, Chris Boyd, Robert |
16 |
| Ruark, and David Ruark; her brother, "Butch" Everett Mainer; |
17 |
| her sisters, Maudie Kaufman, Erma Foster, and Verna Mainer; and |
18 |
| her five great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of |
21 |
| Natalie Boyd of Anna, and we extend our deepest sympathy to her |
22 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
23 |
| further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
25 |
| delivered to the family of Mrs. Boyd as an expression of our |
26 |
| sincere condolences.
