| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| were saddened to learn of the death of David R. Ybarra, Jr., of |
4 |
| Merced, California, formerly of Waukegan, Illinois on |
5 |
| Saturday, October 8, 2005; and
|
6 |
| WHEREAS, David R. Ybarra, Jr., graduated from high school |
7 |
| in Waukegan and attended Merced College, where he was studying |
8 |
| to become a chemical engineer; while attending school, he was |
9 |
| employed as a clerk at a local Walgreens; and
|
10 |
| WHEREAS, In his younger years, David was active in the Boy |
11 |
| Scouts; he enjoyed playing sports, especially baseball, |
12 |
| hockey, basketball, golf, roller blading, and roller skating |
13 |
| and especially liked tinkering with cars; and
|
14 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of David R. Ybarra, Jr., has been |
15 |
| deeply felt by many, especially his mother, Dalinda (Jim) |
16 |
| Miller; his father who raised him, William Linsky; his brother, |
17 |
| Ryan Linsky; his sister, Kelly Marie Linsky; his grandparents, |
18 |
| Walter and Phyllis Linsky, Ben and Betty Ybarra, Louis (Debra) |
19 |
| Torres, and Lorraine (Rick) Torres; his great-grandparents, |
20 |
| Alfred and Lupe Delgado; his uncle, Mike (Angela) Linsky; and |
21 |
| many other relatives and friends; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
24 |
| David R. Ybarra, Jr., and we extend our sincere condolences to |
25 |
| his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
26 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
28 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
29 |
| sympathy.
