| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Michael R. Kerr of Waukegan |
| 4 |
| on Tuesday, August 30, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born on February 17, 1976, in Waukegan, |
| 6 |
| where he was a lifelong resident; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, He was a member of St. Anastasia Church in |
| 8 |
| Waukegan and was a 1994 graduate of Waukegan High School; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his paternal |
| 10 |
| grandparents, Vernon and Florence Kerr; his maternal |
| 11 |
| grandfather, Roger Tendall; and his uncle, William Kerr; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Michael R. Kerr has been deeply |
| 13 |
| felt by many, especially his parents, Thomas and Karen Kerr; |
| 14 |
| his brothers, Kevin and Patrick (Heather) Kerr; his maternal |
| 15 |
| grandmother, Rosemary Tendall; his aunt, Dennyse Kerr; his |
| 16 |
| cousins, Megan (John) Davis and Thomas (Danielle) Kerr; and his |
| 17 |
| many dear friends; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 20 |
| Michael R. Kerr, and we extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 21 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 22 |
| further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 24 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
| 25 |
| sympathy.
