| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Mildred F. Heal of Herrin |
4 |
| on Monday, July 18, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born on July 24, 1918, in Wadesville, |
6 |
| Indiana, to F. Dalton and Hattie (Kolb) Owens; she married |
7 |
| Charles W. Heal Sr. on January 1, 1938, in Vincennes, Indiana; |
8 |
| and
|
9 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Heal was a member of the First Presbyterian |
10 |
| Church in Herrin; she was a loving wife, mother, and |
11 |
| grandmother; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Mildred F. Heal has been deeply |
13 |
| felt by many, especially her husband, Charles W. Heal Sr.; her |
14 |
| sons, Charles W. Heal Jr. and wife, Ginger, and David Heal and |
15 |
| wife, Lynne; her daughter, Mary Ruth Mygatt and husband, |
16 |
| William; her grandchildren, Heather and James Morford, Lance |
17 |
| Heal, Brandon Heal, John and Deanna Heal, Matthew and Kim Heal, |
18 |
| Scott and Mary Heal, and Megan Mygatt; her seven |
19 |
| great-grandchildren; and her sister, Ruth Stafford; she was |
20 |
| preceded in death by her parents; her grandson, Sean Heal; her |
21 |
| brother, Dale Owens; and her sister, Mary Owens; therefore, be |
22 |
| it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
24 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
25 |
| Mildred F. Heal, and we extend our sincere condolences to her |
26 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
27 |
| further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
29 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
30 |
| sympathy.
