| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Charles Junior Biggerstaff |
| 4 |
| of Benton on Tuesday, July 26, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Biggerstaff was born on April 8, 1941, in |
| 6 |
| Carmi to Charles and Velva (Meredith) Biggerstaff; he married |
| 7 |
| the former Karen Holt; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Charles Junior Biggerstaff has been |
| 9 |
| deeply felt by many, especially his wife, Karen Biggerstaff; |
| 10 |
| his daughter, Tammy Woodall; his sons, Tim Biggerstaff, Thomas |
| 11 |
| Holt, and Clarence Junior Biggerstaff; his nine grandchildren; |
| 12 |
| his brother, Jim Yates; and his many nieces and nephews; he was |
| 13 |
| preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Fredrick |
| 14 |
| Sanders; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 |
| Charles Junior Biggerstaff, and we extend our sincere |
| 18 |
| condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
| 19 |
| him; and be it further
|
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 21 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
| 22 |
| sympathy.
