| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with much sadness of the death of William Ryan "Billy" |
| 4 |
| Taylor of Marion on Thursday, July 7, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born on February 11, 1981, in Benton, to |
| 6 |
| William D. and Maxine (Sutton) Taylor; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of William Ryan "Billy" Taylor has |
| 8 |
| been deeply felt by many, especially his sister, Becky and Greg |
| 9 |
| McDonald; his brother, Darren and Wendy Taylor; his |
| 10 |
| grandmother, Betty Kelton; his nephews, Colton McDonald and |
| 11 |
| Dustin Chitty; his nieces, Lisa Chitty and Amanda Chitty; his |
| 12 |
| many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and some very special loving |
| 13 |
| people in his life, Mary Espy, Donna Lynn, Betsy Lowry, Pam |
| 14 |
| Girdner, Sherry Duncan, Advantage Nursing, and many more over |
| 15 |
| the last 13 years; he was preceded in death by his |
| 16 |
| grandparents, Loren and Marguerite Sutton; his grandfather, |
| 17 |
| Sam Kelton; and his uncle, Carl Kelton; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 20 |
| William Ryan "Billy" Taylor who was taken from this world at |
| 21 |
| too young an age, and we extend our sincerest condolences to |
| 22 |
| his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 23 |

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
