| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with sadness of the death of Katie Keele of West |
4 |
| Frankfort on June 12, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, She was an active member of her community; she was |
6 |
| a student at Frankfort Community High School and a member of |
7 |
| the basketball and volleyball teams; she was also involved with |
8 |
| band, show choir, musicals, Lifesavers, Sub-debs, and Key Club; |
9 |
| and
|
10 |
| WHEREAS, She was a faithful member of Faith Assembly |
11 |
| Fellowship Church and the Crossfire youth ministry; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, Her life was characterized by her fun and loving |
13 |
| personality; and
|
14 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her father, Rickey |
15 |
| Lee Keele; and
|
16 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Katie Keele is felt by all who knew |
17 |
| and loved her, especially her mother, Gail Annett Keele; her |
18 |
| brothers, Dustin Keele, Don Bullette and wife Crystal, Peter |
19 |
| Bullette and wife Amy, Tim Keele and wife Crystal, and John |
20 |
| Keele and wife Katie; her grandparents, Bill and Wanda Walton; |
21 |
| her grandmother, Goldie Boyd; her great-grandmother, Lura |
22 |
| Taylor; her niece, Hannah Bullette; her nephews, Luke and Ian |
23 |
| Bullette; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close |
24 |
| friends; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |

| Katie Keele and extend our sincerest condolences to her family, |
