| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with sadness of the death of William J. Niemietz of |
4 |
| North Chicago on Sunday, June 5, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born May 15, 1945 in Waukegan; he was |
6 |
| employed as a Repair Technician at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, |
7 |
| and then Phillips; and
|
8 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Niemietz was a member of the Coast Guard |
9 |
| Auxiliary of Waukegan, Flotilla 3-5, and the Polish Legion of |
10 |
| American Veterans, and he was an accordion player for the Polka |
11 |
| Lads Band; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of William J. Niemietz has been deeply |
13 |
| felt by many, especially his children, Laura Lubbers, Jackie |
14 |
| (Darelle Nigh) Niemietz, and Roberta Niemietz; his grandchild, |
15 |
| Kelly Lubbers; his brothers, Joe (Sue) Niemietz, Tim (Cheryl) |
16 |
| Niemietz, and Ray (Lisa) Niemietz; and his significant other, |
17 |
| Jeri Schroeder; he was previously married to Sandra Niemietz; |
18 |
| he was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Olga (nee
|
19 |
| Maslowski) Niemietz; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
22 |
| William J. Niemietz, and we extend our sincerest condolences to |
23 |
| his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
24 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
26 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
27 |
| sympathy.
