| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with sadness of the death of Judith "Judy" Polizzi of |
4 |
| Lisle on May 15, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born September 15, 1942, in Chicago; and
|
6 |
| WHEREAS, She retired from ServiceMaster after 10 years of |
7 |
| service as an administrative assistant; and
|
8 |
| WHEREAS, She enjoyed spending time with her family, time at |
9 |
| the summer home, and shopping; and
|
10 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruno |
11 |
| and Stella Hadala; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Judith "Judy" Polizzi is felt by |
13 |
| all who knew and loved her, especially her husband of 41 years, |
14 |
| Angelo; her daughters, Susan (husband Peter) Nowak and Michele |
15 |
| Polizzi; her son, Chris (wife Teresa) Polizzi; her |
16 |
| grandchildren, Samantha and Evan Nowak and Vincent Paul |
17 |
| Polizzi; her brother, Tom (wife Margot) Hadala; her |
18 |
| sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (husband Mike) Casey and Paula |
19 |
| (husband Ed) Koperski; her numerous nieces and nephews; and her |
20 |
| mother-in-law, Anne Adamcyk; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
23 |
| Judith "Judy" Polizzi and extend our sincerest condolences to |
24 |
| her family and friends; and be it further
|
25 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
26 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
27 |
| sympathy.
