| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with regret of the death of Frank S. Boruch on Tuesday, |
4 |
| May 17, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Boruch valiantly served his country during |
6 |
| World War II; and
|
7 |
| WHEREAS, He was a member of Darius-Girenas Post 271, the |
8 |
| American Legion Yankee Division, the Veterans Association, St. |
9 |
| Nicholas of Tolentine Holy Name and Ushers Club, and St. |
10 |
| Walter's Seniors; and
|
11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Frank S. Boruch has been deeply |
12 |
| felt by many, especially his wife of 50 years, Genevieve, nee |
13 |
| Neugebauer; his siblings, Matthew (Loretta), Antionette Lazar, |
14 |
| Laura Lefko, and Thadeus Boruch; his niece and nephew, Andrea |
15 |
| (Steve) Covert and Jeffrey Boruch; his great-nephew, Trent |
16 |
| Covert; and his many other nieces and nephews; he was preceded |
17 |
| in death by his parents, Walter and Stephanie Boruch, and his |
18 |
| brother, Stanley; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
20 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
21 |
| Frank S. Boruch, and we extend our deepest sympathy to his |
22 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
23 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
25 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our sincerest |
26 |
| condolences.
