| WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |

| on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated September 30, 2005, |

| with the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the |
| 5 |
| Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g |
| 6 |
| of the School Code; therefore, be it
|
| 7 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 8 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 9 |
| CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver |
| 10 |
| requests identified below by school district name and by the |
| 11 |
| identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as |
| 12 |
| summarized in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 13 |
| is disapproved: |
| 14 |
| (1) Clay City CUSD 10 - Clay, WM100-3605, physical |
| 15 |
| education; and |
| 16 |
| (2) Beach Park CCSD 3 - Lake, WM100-3591, substitute |
| 17 |
| teachers.
