| WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |

| on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated April 29, 2005, with |

| the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the Secretary of |

| State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 7 |
| Code; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 9 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 10 |
| CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver |
| 11 |
| requests identified below by school district name and by the |
| 12 |
| identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as |
| 13 |
| summarized in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 14 |
| is disapproved: |
| 15 |
| (1) Somonauk CUSD 432 - DeKalb, WM100-3370, |
| 16 |
| instructional time; |
| 17 |
| (2) South Beloit CUSD 320 - Winnebago, WM100-3447-4, |
| 18 |
| instructional time; |
| 19 |
