Appropriates $25,000,000 GRF to CDB  for costs associated with construction of Grayville Correctional Center and Hopkins Park Womens Correctional Center.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

     Section 5.  The amount of $25,000,000 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for costs associated with construction, planning, supplies, equipment, materials, services and all other expenses required for the construction of Grayville Correctional Center and Hopkins Park Womens Correctional Center.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
