SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations to each public university of the State for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty. Effective July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 10. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 15. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 20. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 25. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 30. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 35. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 40. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 45. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University for a one-time pay increase for non-administrative university staff and faculty.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
