SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations to Illinois State University for its ordinary and contingent expenses.  Effective July 1, 2006.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of the Trustees of Illinois State University to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of Illinois State University for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007:

  For personal services, including payment

    to the University for personal services’

    costs incurred during the fiscal year

    and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic

    personnel for personal services rendered

    during the academic year 2005-2006......... $73,393,800

  For Group Insurance............................ 3,078,300

  For Contractual Services....................... 2,721,700

  For Commodities........................................ 0

  For Equipment.................................. 2,000,000

  For Telecommunications Services........................ 0

  For Permanent Improvements............................. 0

    Total                                       $81,193,800

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
