SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to the Town of Cicero for costs related to the highest and best use plan for Sportsman’s Park and a comprehensive master plan to be developed. Effective July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to Town of Cicero for costs related to the highest and best use plan for Sportsman’s Park and a comprehensive master plan to be developed.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
