with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

1, as follows:

on page 11, line 7, by replacing "fails" with "willfully or

knowingly fails"; and

on page 11, line 11, by replacing "$10,000" with "$5,000"; and
 
8
on page 12, line 23, after "agent", by inserting ", provided 
9
that the switch has been managed in accordance with the 
10
Environmental Protection Act and regulations adopted 
11
thereunder prior to the transfer"; and
 
12
on page 13, line 3, by replacing "2018" with "2011".
