| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2680 on page 20, by |

| replacing lines 19 through 35 with the following: |

| "(b-10) No person may use, in the title of any |

| organization,
magazine, or other publication, the words |

| "officer", "peace
officer", "police", "law enforcement", |
| 7 |
| "trooper", "sheriff",
"deputy", "deputy sheriff", or "state |
| 8 |
| police" in combination with the name of any state, state |
| 9 |
| agency, public university, or unit of local government without |
| 10 |
| the express written authorization of that state, state agency, |
| 11 |
| or unit of local government.".
