P.A. 94-653, Sec. 10 











    Amends Public Act 94-653. Amends Section 10 to provide that the cost of the land survey and all associated costs will be the responsibility of the Department of Natural Resources (now, the cost of the survey to be paid for by Friends of the Parks). Effective immediately.

    AN ACT concerning civil law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. "An Act concerning civil law", approved August 
5
22, 2005, Public Act 94-653, is amended by changing Section 10 
6
as follows:

    (P.A. 94-653, Sec. 10) 
8
    Sec. 10. A parcel containing 30 acres, more or less, 
9
located in Section 18, Township 40 North, Range 13 East of the 
10
third principal meridian, Cook County, Illinois, situated to 
11
the West and South of the Chicago Read Mental Health Center, a 
12
more accurate description to be made by an Illinois 
13
professional land surveyor, the survey and all associated costs 
14
of the conservation easement to be the responsibility of the 
15
Illinois Department of Natural Resources
the cost of the survey 
16
to be paid for by Friends of the Parks.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
