| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and |

| Dependency Act is amended by repealing Sections 10-40, 10-45, |

| and 10-50.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |

| 2007.
