| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2159

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2159 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by |
| 5 |
| adding Section 20-155 as follows:

| (30 ILCS 500/20-155 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 20-155. Solicitation and contract documents. After |
| 8 |
| award of a contract and subject to provisions of the Freedom of |
| 9 |
| Information Act, the procuring agency shall make available for |
| 10 |
| public inspection and copying all pre-award, post-award, |
| 11 |
| administration, and close-out documents relating to that |
| 12 |
| particular contract.

| 13 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 |
| becoming law.".
