| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2111

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2111, by replacing |

| the title with the following: |

| "AN ACT concerning sex offenders."; and

| by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the |
| 6 |
| following:
|

| "Section 5. "An Act concerning sex offenders, approved July |
| 8 |
| 11, 2005, (Public Act 94-166) is amended by adding Section 99 |
| 9 |
| as follows:

| 10 |
| (P.A. 94-166, Sec. 99 new)
|
| 11 |
| Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act (Public Act 94-166) takes |
| 12 |
| effect on July 1, 2006.
|
| 13 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 |
| becoming law.".
