Illinois House of Representatives 

94th General Assembly

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(b) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby veto

Senate Bill 2111, entitled “AN ACT concerning sex offenders.”   Senate Bill 2111 delays the implementation of important requirements regarding the treatment of sex offenders.

            For this reason, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 2111.
