| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2053 as follows:

| on page 2, by replacing lines 34 through 36 with the following: |

| "(c) When the county collector discovers, within 5 years

date of sale if taxes were sold at an annual |

| tax sale or within 180 days after

| were sold at"; and
