AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Judicial Inquiry Board to study effective ways of streamlining the complaint process.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
